Where we ship
So2collections ships across Canada from Calgary, Alberta. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Processing time
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping rates
Free shipping on all orders of $150 CAD or more. Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate of $12 anywhere in Canada. An Express option is available at checkout for $20. No surprises, no per-province math.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery after your order ships: 1–4 business days within Alberta and neighbouring provinces, and 2–8 business days to the rest of Canada. Remote and rural addresses can take longer. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may be affected by weather, peak holiday volumes, and carrier delays beyond our control.

Tracking and delivery issues
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking shows delivered but your parcel has not arrived, please check with your carrier first, then contact us at socollection89@gmail.com and we will help you sort it out. So2collections is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, so please double-check your address before ordering.
