Our promise
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unworn (other than trying on), unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

To start a return, email us at socollection89@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Return postage is the customer's responsibility, except where an item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — in those cases we cover the return shipping.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we will exchange your item subject to availability. Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or last pieces, so if the size you need is not available we will refund you instead.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.
