Terms of Service
Welcome to So2collections. By visiting so2collections.ca or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing
We work hard to photograph and describe every piece accurately. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and taxes are calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Many of our pieces are available in limited quantities or as single last pieces. An item is not reserved until checkout is complete.

Orders and payment
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and the payment methods offered at checkout. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.

Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property
All content on this site  photos, text, and branding belongs to So2collections and may not be used without our written permission.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Alberta and Canadian consumer protection law. Our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.
